By accessing this website or engaging Information Technology Support Center Pvt. Ltd. (“ITSC”) for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
02Use of this website

- You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
- Logos, text, graphics and design on this website belong to ITSC or are used with permission, and may not be copied without our consent.
03Our services
The scope, deliverables, response times, pricing and duration of each service — including support, AMC, managed IT, projects and hardware procurement — are defined in the quotation, proposal, contract or AMC agreement agreed with you. Where those documents differ from these terms, the signed document takes priority.
04Quotations and payments
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on them.
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Invoices are payable within the period mentioned on the invoice or contract. ITSC may pause services on accounts with overdue payments after giving notice.
05Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely access to premises, systems and contacts needed for the work.
- Use genuine, properly licensed software and keep administrative passwords secure.
- Keep your own backups unless backup services are part of your agreement with us.
06Hardware, software and warranties
Hardware and software supplied through ITSC are covered by the respective manufacturer’s or publisher’s warranty and licence terms. ITSC will help coordinate warranty claims but is not the manufacturer of these products.
07Remote access
Remote support sessions are started only with your permission. You may end a session at any time. You are responsible for authorising the people in your organisation who can request support.
08Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ITSC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits or business, arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless your contract states otherwise.
09Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other in the course of the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
11Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
