01Introduction
Information Technology Support Center Pvt. Ltd. (“ITSC”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website and while providing IT services, how we use it and the choices you have. By using this website you agree to this policy.
02Information we collect
We only collect information that you choose to give us or that is needed to provide our services:
- Contact details — name, company, email address and phone number you enter in our contact, quote, callback, support or job application forms.
- Support information — descriptions of IT issues, device details, screenshots and ticket references you share with our helpdesk.
- Job applications — your CV and the details you send for a position.
- Technical data — basic information your browser sends automatically, such as browser type and pages visited, if analytics is enabled on this site.
03How forms on this website work
Forms on this website open your own email application with the details pre-filled, or open WhatsApp if you choose that option. Information is sent to us only when you press Send in your email or WhatsApp app. Support ticket references you create are also stored in your own browser so you can look them up later; you can clear them by clearing your browser data.
04How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and call you back.
- To log, prioritise and resolve support requests, and to provide remote or onsite support.
- To manage AMC and service contracts, visits and reports.
- To assess job applications.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
05Remote support and client systems
During remote or onsite support our engineers may be able to see data on your devices. We access client systems only with your permission, only for the purpose of the support requested, and we do not copy client data except where needed for the task (for example, a backup or migration you have asked for).
06Sharing of information
We share information only when necessary: with hardware vendors, software publishers or service providers to process warranty claims, licences or escalations on your behalf; with professional advisers; or where required by law or a government authority.
07Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls and secure systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, for the duration of our service relationship, and as required for legal, tax or accounting reasons. Job applications may be kept for a reasonable period for future openings unless you ask us to delete them.
09Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
